Career Pursuit
Career Pursuit is on online class at Ithaca College aimed at preparing students for careers in communications, job and internship searches and the informing students on the current climate in their dream industry. Each class spans half a semester (7 weeks) and seats up to 25 students. All students majoring in Communication Management and Design at Ithaca Collage are required to take this course.
THE PROBLEM
Utilizing the ADDIE model, our group conducted an evaluation of the current course using feedback from previous students and insight from the professor. This process highlighted three main opportunities to improve:

Decreasing content overlap
THE SOLUTION
Working with a team of instructional design students, and using the several Subject Matter Experts we redesigned the course.
