Just Desserts: A Training Game
Just desserts is a game created for the cheesecake factory. Using gamification methods, this game aims toto help front end employees such as waitstaff, bartenders, and cashiers familiarize themselves with the menu. By matching dessert item cards with customer request cards, players learn menu names and ingredients in dishes.
Five Crowns Instructional Documents
The Five crowns assignments was an inquiry into instructional documents. After completing an initial analysis of the original document, I redesigned the instructional documents. The updated design included simplified instructions that eliminated jargon and rearranged instructions in a logical order. The improved document was tested and adjusted based on peer feedback.
