Durable Teams Video Project
Durable teams are agile style teams focused on creating innovative, customer centric solutions. As part of my internship with PayPal, I was tasked with creating an interactive video that to share key information about this important change with employees across PayPal.

The Project Journey
Step 1: Asking Questions
Working with another intern, we drove deep into the transition process meeting with change management leaders, transition coaches, and durable team members to learn more about the process and the story that we wanted to tell. I crafted interview questions and managed relationships with our interview subjects throughout the duration of the project.
Step 2: Outlining the story
As we began to understand more about the transition, we began outlining ideas, questions, and themes to include in the story. Eventually, these rough ideas turned into formal storyboards that we pitched to our supervisor.
Step 3: Filming
The final step was filming. I was able to attend project meetings, conduct interviews, film several scenes, and used Camtasia to edit the video. We debuted the video at our intern showcase and it remains available for viewing for PayPal employees.
